I have my 1 bedroom shipping container home for sale, i am selling cos i am travelling out of the country for humanitarian service which will last for 5 years, i am afraid it will not be in a good condition when i come back cos no one will be taking care of it. This home does not need a permit as it is life a mobile home, it comes with a solar system and every equipment is in prestine condition. This is a regrettable sale as i have only had this home for 2 years.
